This module in the plugin is always enabled. Here the synchronization is about updating the orders in the ERP.
Which specifically when the user makes an order then this order is also sent to the erp.
As you can see in the question asked by the module ‘Select how will be split the products per order’ here there is the possibility to send the data for the orders to the ERP in two ways:
1. In two Tables Option: In this case the order is broken into two tables and sent to ERP. One table concerns the order made by the customer in a row with the order_id and the other table has the products that exist per order with product_id for an order_id.
2. In a table option: The orders data are sent to ERP in a table. This table will have as many rows as the products ordered. Each line has the order_id and product_id.
Expenses Data Switcher: Also if you notice there is the option with a switcher here the user can also send the shipping costs as information for the order he made. It is necessary to set the order_id of the order.
Select & Input Fields: Here the logic is to construct the insert query that will be executed to import the data into the ERP. So when the user presses the plus button the selects fields refer to the values in the query and the inputs fields are for the columns of the table.
In order for the whole process to be smooth, the user should enter the order_id and product_id values in the query as appropriate. Otherwise, the system does not allow the process to continue.
After all the above is done, by pressing the next button, the user can see the query he built and finally, after pressing save mapping, the process is complete, the ERP is synchronized in these fields when an order is placed.
